AV Engineer
Position Summary
The AV Engineer will be responsible for the design, installation, configuration, programming, and troubleshooting of complex audio-visual and ICT systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between traditional AV hardware and modern network infrastructure, ensuring seamless, high-performance collaboration spaces for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
System Design & Engineering: Review architectural, electrical, and structural blueprints to design custom AV/ICT solutions (e.g., conference rooms, smart classrooms, auditorium setups).
Installation & Integration: Oversee and assist with the physical installation of AV hardware, including displays, projectors, microphones, speakers, control systems, and structural mounts.
Network & Signal Configuration: Configure IP-based AV equipment, digital signal processors (DSPs), and network switches to ensure flawless audio/video routing over LAN/WAN networks.
Control System Programming: Set up and configure control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, AMX) and touch panels to provide intuitive user interfaces.
Testing & Commissioning: Conduct rigorous system testing, tuning, and calibration (audio equalization, video balancing) prior to client handover.
Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues regarding hardware failures, signal degradation, or network bottlenecks.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3–5+ years of proven experience as an AV Engineer, Technical Integrator, or a similar role in the AV/ICT industry.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of signal flow, acoustics, video display technologies, and EDID/HDCP protocols.
Networking Protocol Skills: Proficiency in AV-over-IP technologies and standard networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, DHCP).
Hardware Familiarity: Hands-on experience with major AV brands (e.g., Biamp, Shure, Q-SYS, Crestron, Extron, Logitech, Poly).
Software Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD/VidCAD) for creating line schematics and facility layouts is highly preferred.
Preferred Certifications
AVIXA: CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) or CTS-D (Design) / CTS-I (Installation).
Audio/Control: Dante Certification (Level 1/2/3), Q-SYS, or Crestron/Extron certifications.

AV Programmer
Position Summary
The AV Programmer is responsible for developing, writing, testing, and deploying control system source code and custom user interfaces for integrated AV environments. You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to translate complex signal flows into simple, automated, and reliable user experiences for corporate boardrooms, auditoriums, and smart spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Control System Programming: Develop custom control programs, modules, and drivers for enterprise-grade control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, AMX).
UI/UX Design: Design clean, intuitive, and highly functional touch panel user interfaces that align with client requirements and industry best practices.
Audio DSP Configuration: Program, configure, and tune digital signal processors (DSPs) from major manufacturers (e.g., Biamp Tesira, Q-SYS Core, Shure) for acoustic echo cancellation, gating, and audio routing.
System Integration & Scripting: Write clean code using standard languages (C#, Python, Lua, JavaScript) to integrate third-party devices, IoT systems, lighting controls, and videoconferencing platforms (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms).

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3–5+ years of dedicated experience programming commercial AV systems within the AV/ICT industry.
Coding Proficiency: Deep logic-programming skills in Crestron SIMPL/SIMPL Windows, Crestron Studio, Extron Global Configurator/Scripter, or Q-SYS Designer. Familiarity with modern programming languages (C#, Python, or Lua) is a major asset.
DSP Expertise: Solid background in advanced audio routing, gain structure setup, and acoustic echo cancellation (AEC) programming.
Networking Knowledge: Strong understanding of standard IT networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, SSH, Telnet, VLANs, and multicast streaming architectures like Dante or AES67).
Analytical Mindset: Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills to trace code errors or device communication failures across networks.

AV Project Manager
Position Summary
The AV Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of commercial AV and integrated ICT infrastructure projects. This role serves as the central point of contact between corporate clients, main contractors, internal design engineers, programmers, and field installation technicians. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical AV knowledge, rigorous organizational skills, and exceptional client-facing communication.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scope Management: Review project contracts, technical line schematics, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to define clear project milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Site Coordination & Execution: Conduct regular site visits to assess site readiness (civil works, electrical routing, network infrastructure). Coordinate directly with general contractors, interior designers, and IT teams on-site.
Resource & Timeline Management: Manage labor allocations, track equipment procurement logistics, and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software to prevent delays.
Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, track variance, manage change orders, and ensure milestones are completed to facilitate progressive invoicing.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 5+ years of proven project management experience specifically within the commercial AV integration or ICT networking industries.
Technical Understanding: Solid technical grounding in AV signal flow, control architectures (Crestron, Q-SYS), videoconferencing spaces (MTR/Zoom Rooms), and structured cabling layouts.
Site Management Skills: Strong proficiency in reading architectural, electrical, and MEP drawings. Experience managing on-site safety and labor teams.
Software Tools: Familiarity with project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com) and basic CAD viewing tools.
Leadership & Communication: Strong negotiation, conflict-resolution, and clear verbal/written communication skills tailored for enterprise-level corporate clients.

Industry Knowledge: Deep, working understanding of commercial AV systems, unified communications (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms), and smart workspace solutions.

Receptionist
Position Summary
The Receptionist will manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the face and voice of Silver Track Systems & Services, you will ensure that all clients, partners, and guests are welcomed positively and that the front office operates smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests, clients, and vendors upon their arrival, directing them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
Call Handling: Answer, screen, and seamlessly route incoming phone calls across our Corporate, Sales, and Customer Care lines, taking detailed messages when necessary.
Office Presentation: Ensure the reception area, lobby, and adjacent meeting rooms are tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary office supplies.
Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and hardware deliveries to the appropriate departments.
Security & Access: Maintain office security by following established safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (e.g., monitoring the visitor logbook, issuing badges).
